Dr. Manish Bali is an accomplished business leader in the AI, Quantum Computing, Datacenter, semiconductor & engineering services industry. He is currently serving as the Senior Director & Head for Pre-Silicon, Embedded SW and AI/ML at UST. As a seasoned professional in the HPC and Semiconductor industry, he is recognized as a Strategic and Transformational Leader with a proven track record in setting up and growing businesses from scratch. Handling Sales with P&L responsibilities and working with top Enterprise clients in India, he brings expertise in Semiconductor, AI&ML, Deep Learning, Quantum Computing and High-Performance Computing domains.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, an M.Tech in Machine Learning, PhD in Computer Science specializing in Natural Language Processing and a Post-Doc Fellow. Engaging directly with the world's top clients, he contributes to serving on cutting-edge projects, showcasing skills in setting up ODCs, delivery, project management, and impactful CXO engagements.

Committed to driving revenue growth, he leverages his strategic leadership to create impactful transformations. Beyond his professional role, he actively contributes to Industry-academia partnerships as a NVIDIA GPUs and AI/ML expert on the Board of Studies at various engineering colleges and has also published more than a dozen research papers in national and international journals.
