How to Reach Venue

Participants are requested to arrive at the venue sufficiently in advance on the morning of 17th Sep 2026, keeping in view the anticipated queues and time required for security checks, in order to facilitate smooth and timely entry for the inauguration session.

For other dates: The above arrangements shall remain applicable. However, any further changes will be duly communicated.

Private Vehicle	Limited Parking facility available inside the venue. Only vehicles with Authorised vehicle pass can enter through Gate No 10. Chauffeur driven vehicles can drop off the participants at gate 10. Shuttle/ferry service is available from Gate 10 to registration counter.
Metro	The venue is directly connected with Airport Express Line metro to Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 (IICC) Metro Station with 750m walk to registration counter. Shuttle/ferry service is available from Dwarka Sector 21 Metro Station to registration counter.
Cab/Taxi	The Cab/Taxi Service may be availed to reach the Drop Point at Gate No. 2. Shuttle/ferry service is available from Gate 2 to registration counters.
Travel Time Estimates	From IGI Airport (T3/T2): ~20-30 minutes by cab/metro. From New Delhi Railway Station: ~50 minutes by metro.

Badge Collection

You can collect your physical badge at the venue as per the schedule given below. Please bring your registration information, and a digital badge along with the valid govt ID card.

Badges Collection for Inaugural Session Attendees:

Note: Attendees with “INAUGURAL” badge only will be allowed for Inaugural session on 17th Sep 2026.

In addition to above schedule, the inaugural session attendees can also collect badges on 17-09-2026 as per the below details.

It is advisable for Inaugural Attendees to Collect the physical badge before 15th Sep 2026 and thoroughly go through the “Important Instructions, to avoid any last-minute hassles.

Mandatory Requirements

Carry a valid Government issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport etc), same as submitted/uploaded during registration.
Keep your Entry Badge (preferably physical copy) readily available for verification. (In view of Security Restrictions due to VVIP Movement, there may be mobile network issues)
Kindly plan to arrive at the venue as per the schedule indicated at Section 4, to ensure hassle free entry.
Entry gates will be closed after the scheduled Gate Closing Time i.e. 08:30 AM on 17.09.2026 (No Entry afterwards).
Cross-movement within the premises b/w Convention Centre and Exhibition Halls will not be permitted during first half of on 17.09.2026

Prohibited Items

It is advised to carry minimal belongings such as wallet and mobile phone only.
Limited Cloakroom facilities are available are venue, attendees should avoid carrying valuables items.
Large bags, backpacks, or suitcases etc are not allowed.
Sharp objects like scissors, knives, blades, tools etc are not allowed.
Flammable articles like lighters, matchboxes, sprays etc are not allowed.
Alcohol, drugs, and tobacco products etc are not allowed.
Outside food and beverages of any kind are not allowed.
Professional cameras, tripods, drones, Electronics Gadgets and Cosmetics items are not allowed.

Security & Facilities

All belongings will be screened at the entry gates; carrying prohibited items may delay clearance.
Cloakroom facility may be available at designated points.
Food courts and cafeterias are accessible inside the venue.
Medical aid and helpdesks will be available at medical booth and key locations for assistance.
