Mr. Nanie Torres

Nanie Torres is a veteran semiconductor operations leader with more than 35 years of experience in OSAT operations, greenfield factory builds, and large‑scale manufacturing transformation. Currently serving as General Manager at Kaynes Semicon Private Limited, she leads one of India’s first commercial OSAT facilities under the India Semiconductor Mission.

Her career highlights include driving profitability turnarounds from –12% to +23%, scaling revenues from $54M to $80M at PSI Technologies and $108M to $136M at International Rectifier, and achieving operational excellence with 55% cycle time reduction and 80% fewer customer complaints. She has successfully managed teams of 1,200–2,500+ employees across assembly, test, quality, supply chain, and R&D.

Torres holds an MBA from De La Salle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mapúa University. Guided by a philosophy of disciplined execution and customer‑focused excellence, she continues to shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing across India and the Asia‑Pacific region.
