Dr. N. Manjula, IAS, is the Secretary to the Government of Karnataka in the Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM). She provides strategic direction for Karnataka’s technology-led growth and innovation ecosystem. Her responsibilities encompass technology policy, electronics and semiconductor development, biotechnology, and scientific advancement. She supports initiatives that strengthen industry collaboration, investment, research, and innovation across the state. Her leadership contributes to Karnataka’s position as a major technology and deep-tech hub in India.
