Currently serving as Country HR Senior Director at NXP Semiconductors, she leads HR strategy for over 4,000 employees in India, fostering a high‑performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Her career spans leadership roles at Barco, Rockwell Automation, Birlasoft, and Newgen Software Technologies, where she has consistently driven initiatives in succession planning, competency frameworks, and change management.
