Mr. Sundeep Gupta

Sundeep Gupta is a semiconductor technology and engineering leader with over 27 years of experience in SoC and IP architecture, digital design, high-performance connectivity, and chiplet technologies. He has contributed to 30+ silicon tapeouts across advanced technology nodes and has hands-on experience with 2.5D and 3D IC architectures.

Sundeep is currently Head of Strategic Programs and Managing Director, India at TYLsemi, an AI infrastructure semiconductor startup, where he is actively involved in developing chiplet-based connectivity and power solutions for AI systems while building the India engineering organization. Previously, he was VP of IP Engineering and Managing Director of the India Design Center at Alphawave Semi, where he led high-performance connectivity IP and chiplet initiatives and scaled the India engineering team. He holds multiple patents and has extensive experience building high-performance engineering organizations from the ground up.
