Dr. Anant Naik

Dr. Anant Naik is a senior semiconductor technology professional and former CEO of the Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Centre (GAETEC), Hyderabad, with extensive experience in compound semiconductor technologies. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, where he pursued his higher education. His expertise includes GaAs/GaN devices, RF HEMTs, MMICs, microwave technologies, and semiconductor fabrication for strategic, defence, and space applications. At GAETEC, he contributed to the productionization of indigenous R&D technologies developed at Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), DRDO, including critical MMICs and RF modules for Defence and ISRO space missions. He has also actively contributed to India's semiconductor ecosystem.
