Dr. Anesh Kumar Sharma

Dr. Anesh Kumar Sharma is an Outstanding Scientist with over three decades of experience in semiconductors, strategic electronics, defence systems, aerospace, secure communications, and RF/microwave technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Microelectronics Engineering from IIT Hyderabad. He began his career at SCL Chandigarh and contributed to MMIC development at GAETEC. At DRDO, he held key leadership roles, including Project Director of NASM-SR and Associate Project Director of MRSAM (IAF), contributing to major programmes such as BrahMos and Akash. His expertise spans RF seekers, and MMICs . He also served as CMD (Additional Charge) of ECIL from February to July 2026.
