Prof. Rajendra Singh

Prof. Rajendra Singh is a Professor of Physics and Joint Faculty in Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi. He is Project Director of the Quantum Materials and Devices Hub and leads the Advanced Semiconductor Materials and Devices Group. He received his Ph.D. from JNU in 2001 and conducted postdoctoral research at the Walter Schottky Institute, Germany, and Max Planck Institute. His research covers GaN and gallium-oxide devices, semiconductor nanowires, wafer bonding, 2D quantum materials, heterostructures, advanced semiconductor growth, nanofabrication, and device characterization. He has also contributed significantly to developing advanced semiconductor research infrastructure at IIT Delhi, including the Nanoscale Research Facility (NRF).
