Mr. Rakesh Malik

Rakesh Malik serves as the CEO of Vervesemi Microelectronics, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, innovation agenda, and operational excellence in the semiconductor industry. With more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and a B.E. in Electronics and Electrical Communications from Punjab Engineering College, Rakesh has built a distinguished track record of translating innovative concepts into successful products and scalable business strategies.
Since co-founding Vervesemi in 2017, he has spearheaded the development of cutting-edge precision analog signal-chain ICs, driving significant growth in customer adoption across global markets. Under his leadership, Vervesemi has successfully developed multiple “Made in India, Made for the World” semiconductor products, strengthening India’s position in the global semiconductor ecosystem. He has also led partnerships with key semiconductor players worldwide.
Prior to founding Vervesemi, Rakesh held senior management roles at STMicroelectronics, where he led high-impact, performance-driven projects and multidisciplinary teams that delivered significant advancements in high-performance analog and data-conversion technologies.
A respected semiconductor technology leader and thought leader, Rakesh holds 12 global patents and has authored 40 research papers published through IEEE. His extensive contributions to semiconductor innovation, product development, and technology leadership have established him as a prominent voice in the industry.
