Mr. Manish Ranjan

Manish Ranjan is the Head of Business Management for Heterogeneous Integration at Applied Materials, where he leverages over twenty years of deep domain experience in semiconductor and advanced packaging technology to drive profitable business growth. In his current role, Manish drives business strategy, market development, and growth initiatives for Applied's heterogeneous integration product portfolio, focusing on emerging advanced packaging technologies and market opportunities.

He joined Applied from Lam Research where he was responsible for managing marketing and business development team for the deposition product group. During his tenure at Lam, Manish led commercial aspects of product positioning for volume purchase agreement and negotiations at top six and regional customers. Prior to joining Lam, Manish was the Vice President of Advanced Packaging and Nanotechnology segment at Ultratech Inc where he was responsible for managing all aspects of product, business, and market development for the lithography market segment. He also worked at Lucent Technologies as the Product Technology Manager in the Analog Product Business Unit where he managed technical and business initiatives related to flip chip and wafer level packaging technology development.

Manish has received a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from State University of New York at Binghamton. He has also received a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia
