Dr. Nirupam Paul

Dr. Nirupam Paul is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Sciences at Ramaiah Institute of Science & Management (RISM), Bengaluru. He holds a PhD focused on semiconductor sensing technologies (uncooled microbolometers), and brings close to two decades of combined academic and industry experience, including several years in the semiconductor industry working on VLSI and analog circuit design. His current research and teaching interests span semiconductor devices, sensor systems, and the convergence of edge sensing with intelligent computing
