Dr.Sirisha Kuchimanchi

Dr. Sirisha Kuchimanchi is a semiconductor manufacturing executive and materials scientist with over 25 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, supply chain resilience, and STEM workforce development. As former Quality Director at Texas Instruments, she led a $2 billion fabrication facility that ran over 3,500 products serving medical, automotive, aerospace, and defense markets, driving a 60% improvement in key performance indices. She is the founder of Sahita Technologies which focuses on workforce development, semiconductor and manufacturing solutions.  She is also a co-founder of Xtrium, an AI-driven materials intelligence and supply chain platform. She brings a global perspective as an Eisenhower Fellow with research experience across Japan and Indonesia. A TEDx speaker, IEEE Senior Member, and SRC Workforce Advisory Board member, she holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
