Dr.Siddhartha Suman

Dr. Siddhartha pursued his doctoral research at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IIT Indore), where he earned a Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science. He received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication from R.G.P.V, Bhopal followed by a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Nanotechnology from the School of Nanotechnology, UIT-RGPV, Bhopal. At IIT Indore, his work focused on synthesis of \text{Ga}_2\text{O}_3 nanostructures and thin films for application in thin film electronic devices, specifically memristors. His work also contributed for optimizing parameters for crack-free thin film growth using the spin coating method on different substrates. He has published various research articles and several book chapters.
