Mr. Raminder Singh Soin

Raminder Singh Soin is the Founder, Managing Director, and Chairman of the Resolute™ Group of Companies, a diversified conglomerate headquartered in Andhra Pradesh, India. With a career spanning over two decades, he has built a reputation as a visionary entrepreneur driven by innovation, resilience, and a commitment to bridging India’s digital divide. Beginning his journey in 1998 with Ramnish Electronics, he went on to establish the Resolute Group in 2016, which today encompasses six companies across electronics manufacturing, telecommunications, plastic moulding, packaging, system integration, digital marketing, gaming, and intellectual property services. Under his leadership, Radiant Appliances emerged as one of India’s largest television manufacturers within just 2.5 years, reflecting his ability to anticipate and capitalize on emerging business trends. A recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2005), Raminder continues to champion the Make-in-India initiative, positioning Resolute™ as a global partner of choice in the EMS industry. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from Nagpur University and is widely recognized for his expertise in Six Sigma, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
