Mr. Shisheer Kotha

Shisheer Kotha is the Director of Smart Manufacturing & AI, India at Micron, leading Industry 4.0 transformation across Micron’s global manufacturing network. He drives business outcomes through Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science, Image & Video Analytics, Planning Simulations, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions that improve yield, product quality, cost efficiency, and workforce productivity. Since 2020, he has built Micron India’s Smart Manufacturing organization from the ground up, establishing a high-performing team that partners globally to accelerate digital manufacturing innovation. Shisheer holds a Master’s degree in Computer Networks and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and has held diverse engineering, analytics, and leadership roles across Manufacturing, Supply Chain BI, DevOps, PLM, and enterprise data platforms, including assignments at Micron’s Boise headquarters with an Executive Leadership at Berkely, CA
