Mr. Sujay Shetty

Sujay Shetty is a seasoned leader in the electronics and semiconductor sector, currently serving as Partner at PwC India. Based in Bengaluru, he heads PwC’s practice in this critical industry, guiding strategy, thought leadership, and client agendas across the global value chain — from chip manufacturing to electronics transformation. His expertise spans growth strategy, large-scale transformation, market entry, GTM, and location advisory, with a strong pulse on emerging themes like AI hardware, IoT, supply chain shifts, and next-gen manufacturing.
Previously, he was Executive Director and Director at PwC India, where he built deep client relationships and delivered tailored consulting solutions to help organizations thrive in a dynamic landscape. His career also includes leadership roles at EY, iDeCK, and IDBI, focusing on infrastructure advisory and project appraisal under PPP frameworks.
Academically, Sujay holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Bangalore, a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, and completed a Leadership Program at ISB. Multilingual and widely published, he combines financial modeling, bid process management, and project appraisal skills with a vision for accelerating India’s infrastructure and semiconductor growth.
