Mr. Anurag Jain

Anurag Jain is a 1989 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, NITI Aayog, New Delhi since 22/07/2026. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering and a Micro Masters in Development Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His previous roles include Chief Secretary, Secretary, Vice Chairman, Joint Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary to Chief Minister, Commissioner & Director, Executive Director, Managing Director, Commissioner, and District Collector. He has been recognized for the implementation of the initiative PM GatiShakti National Master Plan. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
