Mr. Wayne R Allan

Wayne Allan is the Chief Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Officer and a member of the Board of Management at ASML, based in the Netherlands. He leads global initiatives to strengthen  supplier partnerships, enhance supply chain resilience, and drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
With over 30 years at Micron Technology, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global  Manufacturing and Vice President of World-Wide Fabs, Wayne gained deep expertise in engineering, production, planning, and supply chain management.
Since joining ASML in 2018, he has advanced from Executive Vice President to his current role, continuing his commitment to operational excellence, collaboration, and building highperforming teams in a dynamic global market.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the College of Idaho
