Rashna Seli Zaroo is a technology and transformation leader with 25 years of experience in CAD/EDA methodologies, R&D digitalization, and operational excellence at STMicroelectronics India. She leads digital transformation initiatives that accelerate AI adoption through data-driven operations. Her experience includes driving large-scale, multi-site transformation programs and leading teams that developed CAD methodologies and specifications across STMicroelectronics Ips. A certified coach and mentor, she is committed to advancing women in leadership and supporting early-career engineers in the semiconductor industry. She holds a degree in Electronics and Communications and completed the Executive Program in Management at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
