Ms. Christy Sarte - Bautista

Ms. Christy Sarte-Bautista is a semiconductor business and operations leader with 30+ years of experience spanning customer interface, production planning, supply chain, and manufacturing operations across Asia and Europe.

She is currently working with CG SEMI as Head of Planning & Customer Interface at Ahmedabad, India, supporting the development and ramp-up of a new semiconductor OSAT operation.

Her career includes Senior leadership roles at Nepes Hayyim Corp. (formerly Deca Technologies), Amkor Technology Philippines, and ASAT GmbH/CS2 in Europe.

 Ms. Christy has led global teams, major customer accounts, ERP and digital transformations, and cross-functional initiatives connecting customer requirements with manufacturing execution. Her leadership perspective is shaped by decades of experience navigating change, building teams, and driving operational excellence in the semiconductor industry.

 As an advocate for women in semiconductor manufacturing, Christy is passionate about developing people, creating opportunities for women to lead, and encouraging the next generation of women to build long-term careers in semiconductors. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
