Ms. Rituparna Mandal

Rituparna Mandal is a semiconductor industry veteran with 29 years of experience across technology, entrepreneurship and business leadership. A graduate of Jadavpur University, she began her career at Texas Instruments, working in Foundation IP and went on to hold several global leadership roles at TI. 

In 2012, she co-founded Immensa Semiconductors, India’s first Foundation IP company, where she served as Founder and CEO. Following its acquisition by MediaTek, she led the High Performance Technology team at MediaTek and served as the site head for Bangalore. She later joined Synopsys as Vice President of the Customer Success Group and was part of the South Asia Council leading the region.
