Malini Narayanamoorthi is President, Renesas India and Vice President at Renesas Electronics, reporting directly to the CEO. With over two decades in the global semiconductor industry, she leads Renesas's India strategy — scaling engineering across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Noida, enabling India chip design and tape-outs for Renesas’s global product markets, and strengthening the ecosystem through partnerships with MeitY's C2S programme, leading universities, and the localisation of semiconductor packaging. Previously with Rambus, Synopsys, and National Semiconductor across North America and India.
