Ms. Jaya Jagadish

Jaya Jagadish, Senior Vice President of Design Engineering and Country Head of AMD India, a true trailblazer and pioneer in India’s semiconductor industry. She has played a defining role in building AMD’s India Development Center (IDC) into a world-class engineering hub. 

Jaya was part of the team that established AMD’s Bengaluru design centre in 2005 and helped grow it into an organization of more than 11,000 engineers. In 2022, she broke new ground by becoming the first woman from AMD’s engineering organization to be promoted to Senior Vice President and was also appointed Country Head the same year.

Beyond AMD, she continues to shape India’s semiconductor future as Chairperson of the Semiconductor Talent Building Committee under the India Semiconductor Mission.
