Mr. Rajoo Goel

Rajoo Goel is the Director General of the Electronic Industries Association of India (ELCINA), a role he has held since 2003. With over two decades of leadership in India’s electronics sector, he has been instrumental in shaping policies, schemes, and platforms that promote industry growth and international collaboration.
An entrepreneur at heart, Rajoo brings extensive experience in managing business development and commercial operations of engineering manufacturing enterprises. His management style is hands-on, empowering teams with a customer-centric approach and strong project management guidance.
Rajoo has significant exposure to international business environments, enabling him to bridge cross-border cultures and foster global partnerships. His expertise spans business strategy, strategic planning, and project management, supported by strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to industry advancement.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Fluent in Hindi, Rajoo continues to drive initiatives that strengthen India’s position in the global electronics landscape.
