Mr. Rangesh Raghavan

Rangesh Raghavan is corporate vice president and Managing director of Lam Research India. In this role, he is responsible for the long-term vision and strategy for  Lam in India, and accountable for the operational  execution and long-term performance of the organization. Prior to this, he was vice president of strategic  development at Lam Research Corporation in Fremont, USA where he was responsible for mergers, acquisitions, alliances and investments, in addition to driving the longterm corporate strategy for Lam globally. In his various roles Rangesh has also built organizations, customer relations and developed high performance teams.Prior to joining Lam Research, Rangesh was vice president of marketing and strategy at Veeco Instruments. Rangesh’s employment experience includes KLA-Tencor, where he served in various marketing and applications roles for over 10 years, and PDF Solutions, a design-formanufacturability consulting firm. He began his career at  Texas Instruments in the Advanced Process R&D group  as a thin films engineer, where his responsibilities included process integration and technology transfer for both logic and memory technologies.Rangeshholds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of  Pennsylvania.
