Mr. Raghu Panicker

Raghu Panicker is the Chief Executive Officer of Kaynes Semicon, leading the company’s vision and strategy to build a comprehensive and globally competitive semiconductor ecosystem in India.

At Kaynes Semicon, he provides strategic leadership across the company’s integrated semiconductor capabilities, spanning Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test (OSAT), Research & Development (R&D), Reliability Engineering & Failure Analysis (REL & FA), System Solution Group (SSG), Post-Silicon Engineering (PSE), and Original Design Manufacturing (ODM).

His leadership is focused on developing advanced semiconductor packaging, assembly, testing, engineering and manufacturing capabilities while building strong partnerships across customers, technology partners, academia, government and the broader semiconductor ecosystem.

Raghu is actively involved in advancing Kaynes Semicon’s growth strategy, technology roadmap and industry collaborations, with an emphasis on building capabilities that meet global semiconductor requirements while strengthening India’s domestic semiconductor value chain.

His perspective combines business strategy, semiconductor technology, manufacturing and ecosystem development, aligned with Kaynes Semicon’s ambition to support India’s emergence as a globally relevant semiconductor manufacturing and engineering hub.
