Online Exhibitor Portal (SEMI & MMI Connect)

There will be 02 online exhibitor portal platforms for SEMICON India exhibitors to leverage on to update their company information, profile and products categories so as to boost visibility of your participation at the event.

Both platforms are managed by different organizer (SEMI and MMI) and has its own login credentials, the Online Exhibitor Manual is only accessible via MMI Connect platform.

• SEMI Exhibitor Portal is mainly for online booth publicity/exposure.
• MMI Connect Portal is mainly for access to Online Exhibitor Manual, Exhibitor Badge Registration, and updating of company profile and products management.

The Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM) is now available on MMI Connect.
Once your application is approved, this online exhibitor manual and service will be activated.

To access, please log in to your MMI Connect account first. 
The username and password are the same that you used to create your MMI account.
Once you login you can choose the event “SEMICON India 2024” and enter the exhibitor zone. 

Menu: Exhibitor manual
The exhibitor manual menu has the following sub menus for you to access:

• Information: It provides you with a complete information about your booth information and information about the venue and show.
• Guidelines: Multiple guidelines, checklists and compliance information is available in this sub menu. You can view or download the same.
• Forms: Requirements for your onsite needs are available in this section. Exhibitors can complete the information and submit to the organizers. Relevant bank information and vendor information is also available within this section.
• Important Contacts: Contacts regarding the show is available for you to reach.
• FAQ: Any specific questions you may have is also captured here in this section.

Once you have placed multiple orders, all the proforma would be created separately and will be sent to you and is also available in the Onboarding menu within MMI Connect. You can download the same at any time before you make the payment.

The deadline for your orders such as additional equipment, electrical power supply, water/compressed air, etc. is August 2, 2024. After the deadline, a surcharge of 30% will be levied on the orders.

Please login and complete your Company Information and Product Categories soonest in order to enjoy maximum level of recognition and publicity as the visitors will be accessing the portal.

Please note that passwords are sent to both Primary Contact, Secondary Contacts and registered Co-exhibitors only. 

You and your Co-Exhibitor(s) will have the opportunity to easily create and submit your information through our Online Exhibitor Directory.

Online Listing includes the following information: 

• Company Name, Logo (if uploaded), PIC’s contact details
• Welcome Message 
• Online Company Profile 
• Web URL 
• Product Categories and Management (up to 5 uploads)
• Press Releases (up to 5 uploads)

Once you have updated your online profile, you may search/view it under Exhibitor List Index.
