Bhaskar Katamneni

Shri Bhaskar Katamneni, a 2004-batch IAS officer, is Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh for the ITE&C Department and holds charge of Real-Time Governance, HRD, and GSWS. A PhD in Geography from JNU, he plays a pivotal role in driving IT, emerging tech, e-governance, and local governance reforms through RTGS and the Gram/Ward Sachivalayam system. With a track record of impactful roles across departments, he continues to shape Andhra Pradesh’s development and digital transformation journey.
