Dr. Kuldeep Arya, IAS is a senior Indian Administrative Service officer from the Gujarat cadre (2009 batch), currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Special Projects including Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) and Mandal-Bechraji SIR under the Industries & Mines Department, Government of Gujarat

• Key Projects:

1. Leading the development of Dholera SIR, India’s largest greenfield smart industrial city, spanning 920 sq. km.
2. Spearheading initiatives to position Dholera as India’s first semiconductor hub, with advanced infrastructure tailored for high-tech industries
3. Overseeing Mandal-Bechraji SIR, another strategic industrial region focused on automotive and engineering sectors.
