Amit Jain, the Executive Director and Group CTO at Uno Minda, is a seasoned leader with over 28 years of experience in the automotive industry. His career began at Escorts and flourished during a 16-year tenure at Visteon Corporation, where he led operations across multiple domains. At Uno Minda, he has been instrumental in driving innovation, particularly through the establishment of CREAT (Center for Research, Engineering and Advance Technologies), which centralizes R&D efforts. His strategic vision is reflected in the company’s PACE roadmap—focusing on Personalization, Autonomous technologies, Electrification, and Connectivity. An alumnus of R.V. College of Engineering and IIM Bangalore, Amit is also passionate about carpentry, painting, and reading, with a fondness for Italian cuisine and travel to Bali. His leadership continues to shape Uno Minda’s transformation into a future-ready automotive powerhouse.
