Ruchir Dixit

Ruchir has invested 25 years in the semiconductor industry having executed at multiple levels of responsibilities in design and development of ASIC, FPGA and PCB products. In all these years, Ruchir has either directly worked on or worked with customers on over 200 IC Tapeouts. 

After spending over 10 years in the IC development roles in the US, Ruchir moved to India in 2005 to start building the customer facing organization at Mentor. Since then he has worked with customers to define problems and find solutions. 

Currently, Ruchir is the Vice-Chairperson of IESA Board of Directors (India Electronics & Semiconductor Association). Within IESA Ruchir is personally driving two Core Interest Groups (CIGs) – WiSE “Women in Semiconductor & Electronics” and Startup-Mitra to improve the ecosystem for ESDM startups in India. Ruchir is regularly involved in policy decision matters with various state and Union Govt of India.
