1. Please contact semiconindia@semi.org or submit the online application form (Choose SEMICON India and create your account) to let us know the booth size you request.  
2. Our team will provide the booth location and number for your confirmation. The location will be held for 3 days. After that, the same booth location cannot be guaranteed. 
3. Once you confirm the booth number, your application status will change to approved. (Or if you have not completed the online application form, please do so at this step.) 
4. You will receive an email with proforma invoice. Please pay the 40% deposit to secure the booth location. Then the booth is officially booked. 
5. Three months before the show, Exhibitor Shop will become available for additional order.

Note:

• The application is only valid when the applicant receives a written admission confirmation from the organizer, which signifies the conclusion of the rental contract.
• The minimum stand size is 9 square meters.
• Shell-scheme packages are mandatory for stands smaller than 27 square meters. 
• Premium booth:  Booths located in the front rows from the entrance. Spaces are limited.  Please contact us.  
• Early bird prices are only valid until Mar. 15, 2024.

A charge of EUR 265 / INR 20,900 + applicable taxes will be applicable for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company. 

The main exhibiting companies (leaser of space from organizers) must register co-exhibitors or additionally represented companies via e-mail. 

Shell-scheme packages are mandatory for stands smaller than 27 square meters.  MMI is the official contractor for shell scheme packages.  Upgrade design for shell scheme are available.  Please download the Stand Package Form below for more information.

Note:

1. The price listed on the forms is if it is built from bare space.  If you select the shell package during booth application (or by mandatory), any upgrade fee is the list price minus the price in Design 1.  If any questions, please contact the person in charge below.
2. Design 1 is the basic shell package that is included in the shell booth fee.  If you do not return the stand package form before the deadline, Design 1 will be built by default.    
3. For Design 1 & 2, the color of the fascia board will be SEMICON India theme color.  It cannot be changed.  For Design 3 & 4, you may change the overall design color to reflect your company color.  Please contact the person in charge below to discuss the details further.
